TEAM NEWS

New signing Dan Sassi came off the bench on Saturday in Dale's 2-2 with Chesterfield. The defender could be in line to make his home Dale debut as Jimmy McNulty's side face the Stones.

As confirmed by the Dale Head Coach, we will be without Kyle Ferguson for the remainder of the season. The defender has suffered a significant thigh strain and will require surgery.

THE OPPOSITION

Wealdstone currently sit 18th in the Vanarama National League table on 39 points after 31 games played.

The Stones lost Stuart Maynard, who was the man in charge when Dale travelled to Wealdstone in November, to Notts County in January with David Noble replacing him as their Manager.

They travelled to Woking on Saturday, drawing 1-1 as Charley Kendall cancelled out Nathan Ferguson's opener.

HEAD-TO-HEAD

This will be only the second-ever meeting between the sides and the first one at the Crown Oil Arena.

The fixture at Grosvenor Vale earlier in the season ended 3-2 to the Stones who had Jack Cook to thank following his 95th minute winner.

Cook also scored in the fourth additional minute in the first-half with Sean Adarkwa also on the scoresheet. Kairo Mitchell and Ryan East were the scorers for Dale on the day, with Mitchell scoring within the opening ten minutes.

MAN IN THE MIDDLE

David McNamara will be the referee for Tuesday's game.

Jamie Waters and Oliver Nolan are the assistant referees, with Paul Roots as the fourth official.
