Rochdale Football Club is delighted to announce the signing of Dan Sassi on loan.
The defender joins from League One club Blackpool on a one-month deal.
Sassi is a product of Stoke City's academy, where he departed to join Burnley as a scholar in 2020.
Whilst at Turf Moor, the 20-year-old impressed in their under-18s before moving up to the under-21s, where he played regularly in Premier League 2 and captained the side.
The centre-back also joined first-team training for the Clarets more recently under Vincent Kompany, before joining the Seasiders at the beginning of this month for an undisclosed fee.
