Our Ticket Collection Cabin is located opposite the 5-a-side pitch, at the Smith Metals Family Stand end of the ground.

SUPPORTERS WITH CHILDREN

Separate turnstiles apply to Adults, Concessions and Juniors. The Club recognises you may wish to have your child/ children go through the same turnstile as you. To accommodate this, the Club requests that the adult purchases a ticket for them and their child/ children from the Ticket Office, either in advance or on the day of the game. This will allow you to go through the same turnstiles.

PAYING ON THE DAY

For those who wish to pay on the day, cash turnstiles will be in operation for the Sandy Lane, Smith Metals Family Stand and the Reside Estate Agency Stand (away fans). But please don’t forget that admission prices increase on matchday.

The Main Stand is a reserved seating, all ticket stand, so there are no cash turnstiles in operation for this stand. Supporters must purchase a ticket before going to the turnstiles, either in advance of matchday or on the day of the game for the Main Stand.

You can pay by card at the Ticket Office. All bank cards, with the exception of America Express, are accepted.

Please note, there are no cash machines at the ground. The nearest cash points is: The Co-operative, Edenfield Road, OL11 5AQ. This is 0.4miles from the Crown Oil Arena, and around a 20-minute round trip walk.

SMITH METALS FAMILY STAND/ DESMOND'S DEN

Got a youngster? Why not join us in the Joshua McCormack Family Enclosure which is located in the Smith Metals Family Stand.

You'll find the family enclosure in the last two blocks of the stand, closest to the Main Stand. You'll be able to identify the area by looking out for the blue 'Enjoy the Match' signage which is visible around the area.

We have a designated Family Stand Steward - Stephen Roberts - who will be located around the enclosure area. Should you need any assistance, please do not hesitate to approach Stephen for help. We also have dedicated Family Area stewards - these members of staff can be identified from their blue bibs/ jackets.

Separate turnstiles apply to Adults, Concessions and Juniors, however, the club recognises that some adults may wish to have their children go through the same turnstile, to accommodate this club requests that the adult purchases a ticket for their child from the ticket office before going to the turnstiles.

New for the 2019/20 season, we are delighted to have introduced Desmond's Den.

Desmond’s Den, situated inside the Smith Metals Family Stand, is open before every Dale home game, with our Junior Events being held in there.

There are games for youngsters to play, as well PlayStation 4s with the latest FIFA game on them!

The creation of the Den is part of plans to continue improving the matchday experience at the Crown Oil Arena, and is the first step of an ongoing project which will eventually see a Fan Zone introduced at the Crown Oil Arena. This wouldn’t have been possible without funding from the Premier League Fans Fund, which was applied for and obtained by our very own Dale In The Community Trust.

In order to enter Desmond’s Den, supporters must go through the Smith Metals Family Stand turnstiles. You cannot enter Desmond’s Den from the car park.

Turnstiles will open an hour before kick-off, for both Tuesday night weekday evenings and Saturday games - along with the rest of the ground.

If you want to take part in the junior activities in Desmond’s Den but your youngster has a season ticket elsewhere in the ground, then we ask that you visit the RAFC Ticket Office in the run up to kick-off with your child’s season ticket, and yours if you have one, and you will receive a season-long junior matchday club pass.

This will allow entry to Desmond's Den from elsewhere in the ground and will permit access for you to return to your seat in the Main Stand or Sandy Lane.
