THE OPPOSITION

Kidderminster Harriers finished sixth in the Vanarama National League North last season. A win on the final day meant that the Harriers earned themselves the opportunity to play Alfreton Town in a play-off Eliminator match.

After a 1-0 win against Alfreton Town in the qualifying round, they beat King's Lynn 4-1 before meeting Brackley Town in the final.

A brace from Ashley Hemmings in a 2-0 win secured promotion for the Harriers.

Our opponents have picked up six points from their opening seven league games with three goalless draws, a 1-0 victory against Dale's last opponents on the road [York City], and three defeats which includes their most recent game against Southend United where they lost 2-1 at Roots Hall.
