Rochdale start their 2016-17 campaign at home to Peterborough United, the third consecutive season that Dale have faced Posh on the opening day.
Keith Hill’s side were 2-0 winners last season, while the visitors were 1-0 victors the year before.
The Posh will be without the services of striker Lee Angol and summer signing Brad Inman due to long-term injuries.

Dale started their season in the perfect manner with a 2-0 victory over Peterborough United at Spotland.
Callum Camps poked the ball home in the 18th minute, before Reuben Noble-Lazarus doubled the lead just moments after coming on in the second half to seal all three points.

The Carlsberg Lounge, also on the car park – opposite the five-a-side pitch – is open to home supporters using the Pearl Street Stand. The bar can only be accessed from inside the ground – turnstiles open an hour before kick-off.
