Dale’s penultimate pre-season friendly sees them travel to Sky Bet League Two side Tranmere Rovers.
Keith Hill’s men have a 100% record in pre-season so far, thanks to away victories over Stalybridge Celtic and Stockport County, plus two late wins at home to Championship sides Hull City and Middlesbrough.
Tranmere achieved promotion back to the Football League via the National League playoffs last season following a three-ear absence, as they beat Boreham Wood 2-1 at Wembley Stadium.
