Rochdale AFC’s matchday programme – The Voice of Spotland – is back for Tuesday’s League One fixture against Millwall.
The programme is once again a 76-page issue containing plenty of reading to keep fans entertained and informed before, during and after the match.
We start with a lifestyle front cover image of midfielder Aaron Morley, who is the subject of the programme’s Q&A feature in which he reveals his footballing idols and his pride at signing his first professional contract.
Scrutator looks at the current row between the Government and the FA, while Row F columnist John Rowe gives his views on the lack of mavericks in the current game.
In ‘Colour Confusion’, Matt Smith remembers a home game in which floodlight problems caused a kit change and Kuwait-based fan Dylan Peacock gives his opinions on where football fans call ‘home’.
In ‘Through The Years’ we recall a classic 1980s game at Spotland and ‘On This Day’ remembers a late winner that took Dale into the promotion places.
Our regular Dale Quiz will tax your brain away from the action and Travellers’ Tales reports on the trip to Bolton.
Action photos appear from the games against Bolton and Charlton, while we have comprehensive previews of upcoming home and away matches.
Visitors Millwall get nine pages of coverage, which includes five thoughts that pop into our minds whenever Dale take on The Lions.
All this and much, much more will be in Tuesday’s The Voice of Spotland, on sale in the Club Shop and around the ground, priced £3.00.
