George Nevett has been voted as the Dale Supporters Trust Player of the Month for September.
The 17-year-old was presented with his award after Saturday’s game against Oldham Athletic.
Nevett made six appearances during the month, helping Dale to wins over Barnet and Dorking Wanderers, as well as providing a stunning assist for Kairo Mitchell’s goal against Chesterfield.
In total, the defender has made 12 appearances this season, after signing his first professional contract in July.
He also linked up with Wales Under-19 squad for the first time earlier this month, winning his maiden cap in their draw with England.
