Following our announcement earlier this month that 500 £1 tickets for our home match against AFC Fylde are being made available to local residents, we’re pleased to announce that a further 500 have been purchased by the Dale Supporters Trust.
Throughout recent months, the Club and Dale Trust have been in regular contact with regards to how attendances at the Crown Oil Arena can be increased, and through this initiative, the Trust can now deliver a plan to get 500 new or lapsed supporters back into the Crown Oil Arena, by donating those tickets.
We are thankful to the Trust for their support, and their members should look out for communication from the Trust with regards to how these tickets can be claimed, or how they can volunteer to help promote and distribute some of the tickets to groups, individuals or businesses that the club has traditionally struggled to engage with.
The first 500 tickets were made available to local residents through Action Together, designed to support those struggling through the cost of living crisis.
This is on top of the regular complimentary tickets issued to Rochdale AFC Community Trust for distribution across their programmes, as well the Seats for School initiative, which entitles every school in the borough to four tickets for every game.
