Rochdale Football Club and Community Trust are proud to offer a collection point for the Rochdale Borough Council’s Christmas toy appeal once again.
The appeal, organised by Rochdale Borough Council's staff-run 'Giving Back' charity, collects gifts from local residents and makes sure they reach the borough's less fortunate children in time for Christmas.
If you are able, please donate to the appeal, to light up Christmas for a local child.
You can drop off a new, unwrapped toy, that is suitable for a child aged 0-16, at the Crown Oil Arena before Wednesday 13th December, either at the Main Reception or the Community Trust Offices (opening hours HERE).
This year, the Council have said they would particularly welcome presents for teenagers, as they don't usually receive as many for this age group.
In 2022, Rochdale residents donated over 5,000 toys, which council staff, schools and partners in the voluntary sector distributed to local children in time for Christmas Day.
