COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE (SALES) - ROLE DESCRIPTION:

To strengthen and further develop our off-field staff, the club is currently seeking a passionate proactive salesperson with a demonstrable record of selling, preferably in a business-to-business environment. Working as part of a small commercial team, the main focus of the role will be on monetising the various inventory available across all areas of the club, as well as assisting with hospitality and helping to drive attendances.

The successful candidate will preferably be of graduate calibre, although non-graduates with a strong sales background will still be considered. The position requires home matchday working, so the successful candidate will need to be available on some weekends and evenings. The ability to contribute to other non-sales areas of commercial activity would be strongly favoured.

ASSISTANT GROUNDSPERSON - ROLE DESCRIPTION:

To strengthen and further develop our off-the-field team, we are looking to recruit an additional Groundsperson, who should hold a related NVQ Level 2 Qualification, or be actively working towards it. The role will mainly involve weekday working, however, there is an expectation that the post holder will be available for all first-team home matchdays, as well as some additional ad hoc stadium events. Days off in lieu will be given for these commitments, as they will often fall on Saturday afternoons.

The successful candidate will ideally have relevant experience in relation to the maintenance of sports pitches, preferably in a football environment, although this is not mandatory. The person must be able to use their own initiative and work well both as part of a team and as an individual.
