Notice is hereby given that the 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Rochdale Association Football Club Limited will be held at 7pm on Thursday 17th November in the Ratcliffe Bars & Function Suite.
Notice is also herby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will also be held on this evening.
The Annual Shareholders Forum will follow the AGM and EGM.
Shareholders who have registered an email address will receive their notice and other relevant papers via email within the next 24 hours. Letters will be sent to other Shareholders, again with the relevant papers.
