Notice concerning the Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for 23 May 2022.
Notice is hereby given to members that owing to a change in circumstances the resolutions which were to be considered at the meeting are no longer required at this time.
Accordingly the meeting will take place solely to seek an adjournment for an indefinite period and therefore, unless you intend to object to the adjournment, there will be no requirement for you to attend.
Should the meeting be reconvened, fresh notice will be given to all members.
