Dale's Ethan Brierley has been nominated for the LFE's League Two Apprentice of the Season.
The 18-year-old, who signed a three-year professional contract upon turning 17 in November 2020, is one of three nominees for the award.
He is up against Alex Aitken of Stevenage and Junior Tchamadeu of Colchester United.
Brierley has made three first-team appearances this season, adding to his nine from the previous campaign, and has recently joined National League North side Spennymoor Town on loan.
He has played four times for The Moors so far, scoring his first goal in a 3-0 win over Curzon Ashton earlier this month.
The EFL Award nominees were chosen by a panel of representatives from the media, PFA, FSA, EFL, Kick It Out and Government Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities.
The winners will be announced on Sunday 24th April, at the star-studded EFL Awards, taking place at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane.
