As communicated in the announcement of 2021/22 Season Cards, a number of Season Card holders from the 2020/21 season are eligble to claim a credit towards the cost of their Cards over the next three years.
Last season, the Club announced the opportunity for all fans to claim a refund on their 2020/21 Season Card purchase, or to continue receiving iFollow passes for home league games played behind-closed-doors.
We are aware that, in doing so, some supporters who did not claim a refund were left with an excess, in terms of how much they paid for their Season Card compared with the value of the iFollow passes.
For example, any Main Stand Adult who did not receive a refund would have received £230 worth of iFollow vouchers, but paid £335 for their Season Card, leaving a deficit of £105.
We announced that, as a gesture of goodwill and by way of saying thank you, you will receive a credit towards the cost of your Season Card over the next three years. For example, if you are due £105, you will receive £35 credit towards the cost of your Season Card in each of the next three years.
We have also reserved your existing seat and you will be able to renew during an exclusive season ticket holder purchase window.
Should you wish to claim your credit, please email tickets@rochdaleafc.co.uk by 5pm on Friday 18th June to make us aware that you would like to do so.
This will allow the Club to provide you with further details on how to claim your credit. If you do not email the Club by this deadline, it will be assumed that you do not wish to take up opportunity of using the credit.
