2020/21 Season Card holders will receive a FREE iFollow match pass for this Sunday’s Sky Bet League One match against Portsmouth at the Crown Oil Arena.
Dale Family Rewards Card holders will also receive a FREE match pass as their September reward*.
We can confirm that the match will be played behind closed doors.
In order to receive your free iFollow pass, supporters MUST provide the Club with an up to date email address.
Each Season Card / Dale Family Rewards Card holder will be emailed a unique code ahead of the fixture to input at the point of purchase, which will discount the match pass from £10 to FREE.
We will provide a step-by-step guide on how to do this when we issue your unique code.
If you did not provide the Club with an email address when you purchased your Season Card, or think the one you have provided is out of date, please contact us on tickets@rochdaleafc.co.uk as a matter of urgency.
It is imperative your email address is correct on our system. If it is not, you will not receive your free unique code.
Supporters who requested their 2019/20 Season Ticket refund in the form of six iFollow match passes will also receive a match code this week for Sunday’s game. Codes will be issued for the first six league home games in advance of each match.
An update will be given on the Club website when all codes have been emailed out. We expect this to be on Wednesday or Thursday of this week.
Dale Family Rewards Cards are on sale for £25 and offer a £5 discount on a matchday ticket, when crowds are able to return, as well as a different monthly reward.
We are unable to offer regular discount on iFollow passes to Rewards Card holders, following updated rules from the EFL.
Monthly rewards, including September’s reward of a free iFollow pass for the Portsmouth match, are available to all Rewards Card holders, no matter the time of purchase.
*This was previously advertised as an August reward. However, this should have been a September reward. August’s reward was 10% off in the RAFC Club Shop.
