Supporters’ free iFollow match pass codes for Sunday’s Sky Bet League One match against Portsmouth have now been emailed out.
All Season Card and Dale Family Rewards Card holders are entitled to a free match pass for the game.
If you have not received an email with your code, this means we do not have your correct email address on file.
Supporters have until 5pm today (Friday 18th) to contact the Club on media@rochdaleafc.co.uk to amend their email address in order to receive their code. After this time, you will not be able to receive your free code.
We are aware of some fans being charged £10 when they attempt to redeem their free match pass. If this is the case for you, please email iFollow@EFL.com, with the subject heading “Rochdale Refund”, explaining that you have been charged despite having a free code and, if possible, include the free code you have been sent.
