The Club has started to send out iFollow codes to Season Card holders for Saturday’s League One fixture against Fleetwood Town. This is a long process, so you should expect to receive them on either Wednesday or Thursday.
If you have not received yours by 5pm on Thursday (October 1st) please email media@rochdaleafc.co.uk and we will look into this for you.
Don’t forget, if someone bought a Season Card on your behalf, then the code will be sent to the email address of the person who purchased your card, so please contact them directly and ask them to pass the code onto you.
We are aware that some supporters were charged for their pass for our first home league game, despite having a free code. Fans should check their bank statements and if you have been charged, you should email iFollow@efl.com with the subject line ‘Rochdale Refund’. Please, if possible, supply the free code you were sent. This also applies should any supporter be charged this time around.

Please note that Dale Family Rewards Cards holders will not receive a code on this occasion. Family Rewards Cards holders received one for the Portsmouth game as their monthly reward. A new reward will be announced for October.
