Our first ever Junior Takeover day proved to be a huge success when Dale took on Gillingham at the Crown Oil Arena.
Young Dale Season Ticket holders had the chance to apply for various job roles for the day, with ten children taking part in total.
Their roles started from 11am onwards, finishing up with a presentation from Eoghan O’Connell and Rhys Norrington-Davies at the post-game Man of the Match award.
The list of roles and youngster includes:
Charlie Barnes – Chief Executive;
Owen Boulter – First Team Assistant;
Gabriella Kopczyk – Assistant Community Trust Manager;
Jack Booth – Press Officer;
Lilly Goulding – Dale Lotto Assistant;
Lucas Hill – Ticket Office Assistant;
Poppy Anna Hayden – Hospitality Assistant;
Thomas Blake – Stadium Announcer;
Thomas Dixon – Kit Person;
Oliver Chaffey – Supporters Trust Director.
