Today (Monday) at 5pm is the deadline for 2019/20 Season Ticket holders to claim a refund for last season's six unplayed games.
The deadline had been on Friday but after a flurry of refund requests over the weekend, the deadline has been extended. Refund requests received over the weekend and up until 5pm today will be honoured.
Season Ticket holders have a number of options on how to use their remaining tickets.
1. Have your name listed on a “Dale Wall Of Thanks” by forgoing the refund and “donating” that money to Club. We recognise that times are difficult for many of our supporters and any money that can be put into the Club would be an incredible gesture. We intend to thank those fans who choose this option by forever listing their name on our “Dale Wall Of Thanks” in a prominent position in the Crown Oil Arena;
2. Choose to receive six iFollow match passes for Dale games next season;
3. A cash refund equal to that of the six matches that Season Ticket holders were unable to attend;
4. Allow your tickets to be included in the “Community Fund” scheme where they will be donated to local key workers.
For options one, two and three, we ask that supporters email the Club (office@rochdaleafc.co.uk) with their intended choices and we will action those accordingly. Option four does not require supporters to contact the Club.
