Dale will face Chesterfield or Wrexham away from home in the first round of the Emirates FA Cup.
The tie will be played on the weekend of Saturday 9th November, and Dale will find out who their opponents will be on Tuesday (22nd October) evening, when the sides face each other in a replay following their 1-1 draw at the weekend in the fourth qualifying round.
