“He’s of a young age but he has already experienced League One football,” said Hill.
“He’s had promotion with Sheffield United and was involved in a relegation battle with MK Dons last season.
“We see in Ethan the attributes that we need as a football team and a football club. He fits my DNA – it’s a good acquisition.”
