Dale’s under-15s side get their Premier League Floodlit Cup campaign underway on Wednesday night.
They face Everton in their first group game at Hyde United’s Ewen Fields. Kick-off is at 6.45pm and supporters are welcome to attend – admission is free.
Dale qualified for the prestigious competition for the second time in three years earlier this month and will face Everton, Liverpool and Wigan Athletic.
The Premier League Floodlit Cup gives young players the opportunity of playing competitive football, whilst allowing them to adapt to the demands and conditions of evening matches that senior players face on a regular basis.
Category two and three clubs from across the country are invited to qualify for the competition, with only eight progressing through to join the Category One clubs.
