The Youth Team face a top of the table clash at home to Wigan Athletic on Saturday.
Dale are currently second in the EFL Youth Alliance League, eight points behind Wigan but with two games in hand.
“It’s a big game and an important game for us,” said PDP Lead Coach Chris Brown.
“They’re first and we’re second, and we need to catch them in the table, so hopefully we get a good performance tomorrow."
The match will take place at Bower Fold, home of Stalybridge Celtic. Kick-off is at 11am.
