We’re delighted to announce that Ellis Robinson and his family have been invited to Dale’s League One fixture v Fleetwood Town as guests of the club.
Thanks to sponsors Apogee, who have kindly donated their hospitality box to Ellis and his family. Apogee won the match sponsorship package in Dale’s Business Raffle at the end of last year and chose to donate it back to the club to use for a good cause.
Ellis was a former Academy player at Rochdale AFC who was tragically left paralysed following a freak footballing accident in 2016.
The teenager has had to adapt to his new life and is determined to one day walk again. We are holding a bucket collection today to raise funds towards his continued recovery. Look out for the Youth Team lads in and around the ground. We hope you can dig deep for this extremely worthy cause.
