Hogan opened the scoring from a Matt Done cross in the 66th minute and doubled his tally in the 79th minute, rounding Ross Worner and finishing from a tight angle after latching on to a defence-splitting pass.
He claimed the match ball in style, lobbing the ball over the AFC Wimbledon goalkeeper from the edge of the area three minutes later.
