We’re pleased to welcome Steve Cross to the Crown Oil Arena as the club’s new kit man.
Steve brings a decade worth of experience to the role.
Jack Northover will work closely with Steve behind the scenes, while also taking up a new post – the club’s Player Welfare Officer.
“I’ve been around the club for a few weeks now and it’s a great place to work – there’s a brilliant atmosphere and it’s a real family friendly environment,” said Steve.
“The management, backroom staff, players and the office staff couldn’t have been anymore welcoming, and I feel at home already.
“Everyone knows the legend that is Jack Northover and I’ve known him for a number of years having worked elsewhere, so I already had a good relationship with Jack and I look forward to our partnership growing even stronger. Jack’s great with the players and they all love him, so I know that the new Player Welfare Officer role is a perfect fit for him.”
