Rochdale Youth Service Taking Advantage Of Directors' Season Tickets On Saturday

23 November 2017

As part of Dale’s Community Season Ticket initiative, the Rochdale Youth Service will be attending Saturday’s match against Peterborough United.

The ten season tickets, purchased by the Board of Directors, have been used by various community groups so far this season as the Club aim to strengthen relationships across the Rochdale Borough.

The Rochdale Youth Service work with lots of young people across the borough, providing activities and events for 11 to 19-year-olds.

The Dale In The Community Sports Trust work closely with the Rochdale Youth Service, including providing Premier League Kicks sessions on Friday nights at Kingsway Park Sports Centre.

The tickets will be distributed to youngsters who regularly attend the sessions, and those who will benefit from the experience on offer at the Crown Oil Arena.

Premier League Kicks is one of the Premier League's flagship community programmes, and uses the power of football and the value of sports participation to help youngsters.

The PL Kicks sessions at Kingsway have proved so successful that extra sessions are starting up at Heywood Sports Village in the New Year.
