Supporters have been visiting the club to pay the remaining balance of their 2017/18 season tickets in their numbers, which includes one deposit that was placed from the other side of the World.
Richard Fletcher came to the club to pick up not only his season ticket, but also one that had been purchased from as far away as New Zealand.
Richard's friend Tony Foster, who is from Rochdale but emigrated to New Zealand, wanted to be part of the club's hugely successful season ticket initiative. He purchased a season ticket for his son-in-law, Scott Ellidge, who lives locally and has been a Dale fan for a number of years.
Richard told www.rochdaleafc.co.uk: "We've had a big push with all of our mates to try and get the numbers up, and virtually everyone who comes to the games has now got a season ticket. In particular one of our mates, Tony, a Rochdale lad through and through who emigrated to New Zealand, wanted to be part of the action, and has generously bought a season ticket for his son-in-law Scott."
Don't forget, supporters who purchased their non-refundable £50 season ticket deposit have until on or before 1st August to pay off the remaining balance.
