Work has started to improve the quality of the PA system at the Crown Oil Arena, ahead of the start of the new season.
The speakers around the ground have been in dire need of upgrading for a number of years, and we’re pleased to report that these are being replaced in all stands.
So far, the speakers have been replaced in the Sandy Lane End and the Pearl Street Stand, with the Main Stand and the Willbutts Lane Stand set for completion before the Scunthorpe United game on August 12th.
We hope this will enhance the supporter experience and make for a more pleasant listen!
The works are part of an ongoing maintenance programme to improve the Crown Oil Arena.
