To ease congestion in the main reception on a matchday, we are pleased to announce the introduction of a new matchday ticket collection point.
Launching at Saturday’s League 1 fixture v Bury, it will become a permanent addition on a matchday.
The new collection point will operate from a portacabin located at the Pearl Street Stand (next to the Dale in the Community Office).
The following tickets should be picked up from this collection point:
Pre-purchased tickets (tickets purchased online or over the phone)
Scout tickets
Press passes
Going forward after the Bury game, supporters purchasing tickets on a matchday should visit the main ticket office as normal, or pay through the turnstile. Please note that Saturday's League 1 fixture v Bury is all ticket and tickets must be purchased in advance.
