For a fifth consecutive season, Dale will begin their season at Spotland.
The EFL fixtures, which were revealed on Wednesday, have thrown up an opening day fixture against Peterborough United.
It’s the third season in a row that Dale will kick-off their campaign against the Posh at Spotland.
Rochdale were 2-0 winners over the Posh last season, thanks to goals from Callum Camps and Reuben Noble-Lazarus, while the visitors claimed the three points with a 1-0 victory the year before.
