Thomas Saile will lead the teams out ahead of kick-off at Saturday’s League One fixture v Burton Albion.
The eight-year-old is from Newton le Willows and loves playing football, going swimming and playing the guitar. He plays in defence for Newton Aces.
Thomas is a big Rochdale fan, as are the rest of his family. His favourite Dale player is Ian Henderson.
