We can confirm that Dale will face Fleetwood Town in a bounce game this afternoon.
A mix of first team and youth team players will be involved in the match Poolfoot Farm.
Hill confirmed that Peter Vincenti is back on the training pitch and will be involved in the fixture as he looks to build match fitness, while Steven Davies and the suspended Callum Camps will also get a run out.
The Gaffer has told www.rochdaleafc.co.uk that these games are important for the youth lads.
“I can see and spot talent but then it’s about moulding that talent to work within our environment.
“The Youth Team players who have been training with us have gone back and shown themselves to be shining examples in a winning environment when playing for the under 18 side, and that’s all you want from the young kids. They’ll get the chance to play for us because of the training that they’re doing and because they’re now supporting it with positive displays and positive results in the Youth Team.”
