Donal McDermott scoops two monthly awards…
Donal McDermott has been named as the Dale Trust Player of the Month for August.
The 25-year-old, who joined Keith Hill’s side in the summer, received the highest number of votes in the fans poll - the results were revealed at the weekend.
Meanwhile, as previously announced, supporters voted McDermott’s strike v Coventry City as their favourite Howard Timber and Building Supplies goal of the month for August.
Donal picked up his awards after Saturday’s game against Scunthorpe United.
