Launched in August, the bootcamp sessions are proving ever popular and now feature football.
They take place every Tuesday and Thursday between 7pm and 8pm at Spotland Stadium. Those who want to attend should meet at the Community Office at Spotland Stadium.
The cost is £5 per session or £30 for 4 weeks of unlimited Bootcamp experience.
