Rochdale Football Club can confirm that midfielder Stephen Dawson will join Scunthorpe United when his Dale contract expires this summer.
The 29-year-old has agreed a two-year-deal with the Iron.
Dawson joined Rochdale last August and made 36 appearances during his time at the club.
