This weekend’s match against Exeter City at Spotland has been earmarked as #BrandonsBeard Day as we continue to raise money for Brandon’s special bed and awareness of Cystic Fibrosis.
With three games on the road since our last outing at Spotland you should notice a big difference in the players’ facial hair as they take to the pitch against the Grecians.
Brandon and the Beech family will be at the game and you'll see him proud as punch on the pitch before the game and at half time.
Not been able to grow a beard but want to show your support?
We’ll have face painting in the Club Shop for youngsters who want to a sport a beard for the day (for a donation).
There will also be a bucket collection in and around Spotland before the game, with all money going to the Brandon’s Beard fundraising appeal. Look out for the Youth Team lads, they’ll be out and about with the buckets.
Meanwhile, we’re selling exclusive Brandon’s Beard t-shirts, which the players will be wearing during their warm up, in the Club Shop.
T-shirts are priced at £5.99 (cash only) and money raised from the sale of the t-shirts will of course be added straight to the bed fund.
