The seedings for the first round of the 2013/14 Capital One Cup have been revealed.
The first round draw is seeded based on the final league positions of teams from the 2012/13 season, and then split regionally - north and south.
The draw will be announced on Monday 17th June at 9.30am. All first round ties will be played during the week commencing August 5th.
