The Youth Team scored two late goals to come from behind and beat Carlisle United in the EFL Youth Alliance League on Saturday.
The Cumbrians took the lead with just under 20 minutes remaining, but Toby Phillips equalised with three minutes left on the clock.
It appeared Dale had earned a point, but Peter Thomas scored in added time to complete a superb fightback.
Dale created the opening chance of the game when Kwadwo Baah sprinted clear of the home defence, but saw his effort saved by the legs of the Carlisle stopper.
Goalkeeper Ben Chalton was forced into a fine stop just before the break, turning an effort from distance over the bar, before he tipped a low strike from close range round the post after the interval.
Thomas then stole in behind the Carlisle defence, latching on to a Chalton long kick, but he sent his effort straight at the goalkeeper, before Morgan Kinsella headed wide a free-kick from a dangerous position.
Thomas then fired over before Ethan Brierley sent a fierce drive wide.
Carlisle broke the deadlock when a fizzing, low free-kick from the left channel crept in at the near post.
The equaliser came in the 87th minute, when after good hold-up play from Thomas by the corner flag, he found Morgan Moreland, who squared for Phillips. He took a touch before sending a delightful clip into the far top corner to bring Dale level.
The winning goal came in added time, when after fine build-up play, Luke Nock found Thomas. He turned his defender on the edge of the area, before firing into the top corner to secure all three points for Dale.
