Jake is a forward who joined Dale for an undisclosed fee from Solihull Moors in September 2020.
The 24-year-old, who signed a three-year deal at the Crown Oil Arena, came through the youth ranks at Chesterfield, before joining Salford City in 2017.
He spent three years with The Ammies, enjoying loan spells at Boston United, Bradford Park Avenue and Solihull, before Moors signed him on a permanent basis at the start of 2020.
Jake’s father, Paul Beesley, made over 500 career appearances, most notably for Sheffield United and Wigan Athletic.
