Louie is a goalkeeper who is with Dale on a season-long loan from Premier League Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The 21-year-old is the son of former Dale striker Paul Moulden, who played 21 games for the club in the 1995/96 season, and the grandson of Tony Moulden, who appeared eight times in the 1960s.
A former Liverpool and Manchester City youngster, Louie spent time on loan at Gloucester City in 2020.
He signed for Wolves on a permanent deal in the summer of 2021, before joining Ebbsfleet United on loan for the second half of the 2021/22 campaign.
A key member of The Fleet side that made it to the National League South play-off final, Moulden stepped-up to the National League last season with Solihull Moors.
Louie impressed in 16 appearances for Moors, before heading back to his parent club in January, where he featured for their Premier League 2 team.
Moulden has also featured heavily in the England youth setups, including two appearances at the European Under-17 Championships in 2019.
