Conor is a midfielder who moved to the Crown Oil Arena from Sheffield Wednesday in February 2021.
The 20-year-old joined The Owls as a scholar in 2017, following spells as a youngster at Irish sides Malahide United and Shamrock Rovers.
Grant signed a professional contract with Wednesday in December 2018 and made his only appearance for the Sheffield club against Dale in the Carabao Cup early last season.
