George Nevett won his first international cap on Saturday, for Wales Under-19s.
He came on as a second-half substitute in their European Championship qualifying round match against England, which finished 1-1.
Cymru play their final group game against Montenegro on Tuesday (17th October, 5pm kick-off).
A win would see them qualify for the Elite Round of qualifying, which takes place in early 2024.
Kairo Mitchell was a half-time substitute as Grenada were beaten 4-0 at Suriname on Sunday night.
Grenada were already 4-0 down at the interval, and the result means they are relegated to League B in the CONCACAF Nations League.
