Our new Head Coach Jimmy McNulty will be playing in Goals For A Cure!
He will feature alongside former teammate Joe Thompson in his XI, which will take on a Celebrity All Stars XI at the Crown Oil Arena on Monday 29th May (kick-off 2pm).
Money raised from the game will be donated to the Christie and Souriyat across borders. There will also be chances to win signed shirts before the game as well as at half-time.
Alongside Dale legend Joey T will be former Dale youth player Bader Al-Akkad, who himself is a cancer survivor and is collaborating with Joe Thompson on the event. Bader, like Joe, has just beaten Hodgkin's Lymphoma and is aiming to give back to fellow cancer patients.
A host of former Dale players have been confirmed so far, including Tom Kennedy, Simon Ramsden, Adam Rundle, Kallum Higginbotham, Steven Davies and Dale Stephens.
Former Manchester City stars Joleon Lescott and Nedum Onuoha will line-up for the Celebrities.
Tickets are just £7 for adults, £4 for over-65s and £2 for under-16s. They can be purchased online HERE or direct from the Crown Oil Arena.
Join for us for what will be a great afternoon in support of two fantastic causes!
