Further to the announcement yesterday that the Board are in active investment discussions with several interested parties, the Club would like to provide a comprehensive update on both available shares and the current major shareholders of Rochdale Association Football Club Limited as at 26th April 2023.
At an EGM in November 2022, shareholders approved lifting the available number of shares of the Club to 1,350,000 and following that approval individuals, including Board members Simon Gauge and Richard Knight, have subscribed further share capital in the Club.
At the date of this update, 974,730 shares have been issued to nearly 600 different shareholders worldwide.
375,270 shares (27.8%) remain available and may be allotted by the Board of Directors at not less than £2.35 per share which would inject a further £0.8m of investment into the Club.
