Our Fit Fans female cohort is again up and running!
The FREE programme, ran at the Crown Oil Arena, aims to help women live a healthier lifestyle.
Open to all women aged 35-65, the sessions run every Monday, 7pm-8.30pm, held by our Community Trust team.

The programme is proven to help people both physically and mentally with significant long-term improvements in weight loss, physical fitness, improved diet, and mental wellbeing. This is done through tried and tested behaviour change techniques to become more active and lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way. You will set SMART goals, regular self-monitoring of your weight and increase your step count.
Each week a different topic is covered from understanding food labels, creating a balanced diet, alcohol consumption and many more! There is also a physical activity element to each weekly session.
