Rochdale Football Club can confirm that Corey O'Keeffe has joined League One side Forest Green Rovers.
O'Keeffe initially joined the club on loan from Mansfield Town in August 2021, before signing permanently on a six-month deal in January 2022, following the expiry of his initial loan.
He made 51 appearances for the club, scoring five goals.
