Dale boss Robbie Stockdale met a local school’s Year 6 football team last week, as they trained on the five-a-side pitch at the Crown Oil Arena.
The youngsters from Whittaker Moss Primary School were invited to the club after winning Dale’s Utilita Kids Cup tournament last month.
The gaffer watched the team train, offering advice and encouragement, before answering a number of questions from the children as they visited the first team dressing room.
