Luke Charman is set to face a lengthy spell on the sidelines though injury, Manager Robbie Stockdale confirmed in his post-match interview.
The gaffer said: “Luke’s got a hamstring injury. He sustained it before he came on in the Crewe game - but we didn’t know that, it was only afterwards that he mentioned that was the case. He’s had a scan and he’s probably going to be out for a significant amount of time.”
Liam Kelly also missed Saturday’s game away at Gillingham after failing a fitness test on Friday.
“Liam Kelly had a fitness test on an ankle injury that he picked up in the Crewe game, so he wasn’t available either,” said Stockdale.
We wish both players a speedy recovery.
